Rev. Andy McDaniel and his wife Kenda are the student pastors at FCOP. They were married in June of 1997 and were blessed with a little girl named Madison on April 4th of 2005. Andy received his bachelor’s degree from Southwestern States Theological Seminary in 2002 and he hopes to continue his education and obtain both Masters and Doctorate degrees. Kenda received her Bachelors degree in Criminal Justice from North Texas in 1999 and has currently taken on the role of a full time mother to Madison .

God gave Andy a vision of leading a generation invasion; mobilizing teenagers to stand for God in a world where teenagers are falling for everything. God has allowed him to put together an awesome leadership team of adults and students in who are working to lead a generation to Christ. We long to propel these students to change the world through the power of the Holy Spirit.

In the summer of 2005, God spoke to Andy and told him to change the name of this ministry to “uturnstudentcity”. Our vision is to create a community (a city) of students who aren’t consumed with their looks or their pasts, but focus on the future and what God wants to do through them. If you know of any teenagers who are looking for something phenomenal . . . this is the place . . . they can be the people. Help us build The City!
